This is a summary of our terms and conditions. By placing an order with Crunchy's Black Box Snacks, you accept our full General Terms and Conditions. To be able to place an order, you firstly must become a member through te "MEMBERS RETAIL" tab.

Orders can be placed through customer service or your salesperson, the online order portal via phone and email. Large orders: delivery subject to negotiation (minimum three weeks).

Deliveries are through pick-up only Monday or after making an appointment, excluding public holidays. Please that minimum order values apply for respective territories and delivery costs may vary if we need to deliver larger quantities. All prices in our product catalogue, personal profiles, or promotions are ex GST (our products are not subject to GST) unless displayed differently. Cash sales can be made via credit card through customer service prior to dispatch or warehouse pick up or cash payments on delivery. All accounts with Crunchy's Waffles Pty Ltd and Black Box Snacks Pty Ltd are strict to terms.
