From 1 October 2023 Black Box Snacks starts to hire new staff as we expect new equipment that allows us to produce up to 500,000 croquettes per week. 2  production managers. Full time 38 h / pw. The PM in charge of the production processes. Must have at least 10 years experience in commercial food production. He/she controls every aspect within the temperature controlled area and reports to the General Manager. Preferable a chef.

1 analyst. Full time 38 h /pw. The analyst is responsible for the scientific part of the quality control and food safety. Performs chemical and biological analysis and tests and controls the consistency of the quality and appearance of the ingredients, semi-finished products and the final products.

2 logistic managers. Full time, 38 h / pw. The LM is responsible for all movements of goods (purchases, deliveries (arriving and outgoing). He/she is in charge of control of all levels of quality control, temperature, stocking and movement of goods in- and outside the factory.

8 production workers/operators. Full time 38 h / pw. Works 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night).  The production workers/operators are the most important people in our factory, as they create our snacks, operate the state-of-the-art machinery. They also safeguard the quality of the products, the production process and packaging.

8 production workers. Casual 16-38 h / pw. Our casual workers have the same job and responsibilities as the FT production workers. Casuals will be called if needed during peak seasons or in case of absence of a FT.

2 Warehouse workers. Full time and casual. 20-38 h / pw. The task of the WW is to provide a clean warehouse, checking arrivals, perform the first quality tests of arriving goods, keeps record of all movements of goods, reports damage and stock levels. Organises traffic around the building. Must have a certificate to operate a forklift.

2 office workers. Full time. 38 h / pw. Our OW are responsible for processing orders, checking of invoices and other documents. They will also assist the

managers finishing their paperwork. 

​

1 (Assistant) Accountant. Full time. 38 h / pw. Reports to the CFO. In charge of all financials aspects of the company, including payroll (STP), BAS, inventory and preparation of midterm and annual financial statements.
