BITTERBALLEN (MINI BEEF CROQUETTES)
Kick off your party with the hearty sphere shaped beef croquettes from Jacob Mulders. A real crowd pleaser and always a success. Don't forget the mustard of your choice!

BITTERBALLEN, Brand "Jacob Mulders"
A bitterbal is a sphere like croquet filled with Dutch Beef ragout (contains a minimum of 30% Australian BEEF). The weight is approx 40 grams at production. The Dutch eat more than 220 million of them each year, mostly accompanied with a great glass of beer and an ice cold jenever (called "bittertje"). Dip it in some Dyon mustard or if you like it hot use English mustard. Try it, but be aware! You'll get hooked to this Dutch tradition.
